1. Release notes

After quite difficulties and big delay, Bugzilla 4.0's translation in Bulgarian
is already here. I could honestly claim, that this is the best localization
until now, not only because, much time was dedicated to the synchronization
with the original templates (which is very important for the normal work and
there were problems with 3.6), but also because the translation was additionally
cleaned up and fixed, so it's even more convenient and easy for use.

Of course your suggestions and advices are always welcome.

I would like to give my thanks to Ivan Mednev and Boyan Sotirov for their help
with elimination of inaccuracies and their suggestions for translation
improvements.

4. Outstanding issues
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The following problems were detected during the localization, but are still
not solved:

Bug 641973: Submit button on search pages has a language-dependent "id".
The translation of "Search" button provokes warnings in W3C HTML Validation
Service, because the value of attribute "id" contains symbols not allowed.

Bug 642388: Description of field days_elapsed missing from
global/field-descs.none.tmpl, so it could not be translated. The description
of one of the fields cannot be translated.
